Opening conference of project TERRA (Towards an Effective Regional Resource Allocation) 09 August 2012

Project title:

University of Szeged respectfully invites you to the opening conference of project TERRA, in co-operation with the Partium Christian University.

EU financed projects, such as development of spas, industrial parks, urban areas, implemented in the programme area not only effect their micro-environment but also have an impact on their wider environment.

The project aims to collect and evaluate information on the experience gathered during the development and implementation of projects especially in the fields of tourism (spa), business development (industrial parks) and urban development, effectuating a complex assessment methodology for ERDF financed projects with cross-border effect. TERRA aims to assist the beneficiaries on how to further develop their projects, through intensifying their cross-border effects and also to utilise EU resources more effectively in the next multi-annual EU financing period. In an indirect manner it aims to provide background information for decision makers on how to allocate financial resources more effectively.
